A. General

These regulations outline the terms of use in the site

(hereinafter "Site").

The owner (hereinafter "site Operator") is the creator of the site.

Use of the Site, including content, web pages, services and/or site products, data and any other use made with the site are subject to these regulations.

Upon entering the site and the included data pages confirms the visitor’s consent to any of the said regulations, even if the visitor did not read and/or did not view the use regulations. Comprehensive provisions of these rules of use are in the site for visitors and refer to each site and relates to all areas and information that is in it. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of these regulations do not apply to the use of other sites, even if the site has links to these other sites.

The regulations were drafted in the male language for convenience only and refer to men and women alike.

B. About the Site

The site is an electronic mean bringing together the service provider/offer and the service seeker/ requestor. The site is an educational website, with educational games in various fields.

It is hereby clarified that the site is only a mean of bringing together the service provider/owner of the business and seeker/requestor of service.

C. Registration to the site listing and Conditions

In the case that the site permits the customer who can purchase a service/product to be registered to the site.

Registration is dependent on that the service/product does not carry sexual implication and/or offers gambling, and/or anything that may offend the users' emotions and/or is prohibited by law.

After making the initial site registration, registration information will be transferred over to the site operator.

The site operator may change the caption content, add and /or omit and/or change the caption to his discretion and the site requirements.

D. Using the site

The site is intended solely for personal use and not for commercial and/or wholesale. The user is not allowed to introduce any changes in information, software, products and/or services originating from the site, to introduce changes, add foreign items, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, make available to the public, sell and/or use any of the said items except for keeping one copy for personal use on a non-commercial home computer, provided that all copyright and ownership were copied. Change or other use of the different materials is a violation of the rights of ownership and copyright of the site operator. Use of materials from the site onto another site or computer network is strictly prohibited. Do not distribute pictures; prints and materials displayed on the site are intended for users of this site.

E. Intellectual Property

Full copyright and intellectual property in the site including trademark names, patent and models, if registered or not registered, trade secrets, design, technological information, including but without limiting, software, applications, graph files and other, computer codes, texts and/or all other material contained on the site (hereinafter "Information") are the site operator property, unless specified otherwise. Do not copy, distribute, reproduce, publicly display, make available to the public or disclose to third parties the information and/or any part of the information. Do not modify, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, distribute or make commercial use of any information and/or any part of the information.

Without distortion of the above, it is explicitly made clear, that all rights in the figures and symbols that are listed in the site are reserved to the site operator, and do not use them but if given any such explicit authorization in writing, within the limits of the authorization only. For the avoidance of doubt, it is made clear that, even if allowed the figures or symbols were used as noted (e.g.: by way of granting permission to print a picture from the site, and if such approval was given) is limited to private and personal use and not for any other use.

F. Limitation of Liability

Use of site services is the full and exclusive responsibility of the users. It is stated explicitly, that the full responsibility for the activities of the customer/site visitor in the framework of the site is solely on him, and if he’s a minor, the parents and/or legal guardian in charge of him.

The site operator does not obligate to the visitors the availability and/or integrity of the site and/or access to information at any time or that, when using the site interruptions or errors occurs, whether because of the site operator or due to other causes.

Site services offered to you are as is. The site operator is not obligated in any manner to fit the services to the needs of each person and/or user. The user will have no argument, claim, or demand against the site operator for the data and for alignment to the needs of the user and/or comments arising from users (if any), and gives up any claim on it and/or suit and/or demand as aforesaid against the site operator and/or against anyone else on his behalf. Use of the information is the sole and full responsibility of the user. It’s possible that information and services on the site may contain errors and/or defects and/or failures and will be subject, from time to time, to different disruptions. Despite the site operator efforts to do the utmost to maintain services, there is none and shell not have a warranty of any kind for any mistake, defect, loss, profit or any other damage that may occur and/or may be caused as a result of use of the services and/or may be as a result of incapacity to use the services.

In any case, the site operator is not responsible for any damages direct or indirect and/or consequence and/or any damage, arising from the use of the site, even if he learned about the possibility of such damage occurring.

G. Links to other sites

In case the site contains links to sources and/or database, services and content of others, the site operator, can not control and/or monitor the information and/or services provided and/or published by others and/or through them, directly or indirectly.

It is hereby agreed that placing links on the site by the site operator, will not be construed as proposal to the user, as offer of support, encouragement, acceptance, or providing sponsorship by the site operator, expressly or implied, the content and/or services offered by others. For the prevention of doubt, the site operator does not sponsor, encourage, offer, agree or express his opinion to the accuracy and/or correctness and/or quality and value of the content and/or of any information, advertising, services, products, ideas and positions displayed in the other sites and/or any content, information, advertising, services, products, opinions and positions that the sites refer to.

All the user's reliance on any content, information, advertising, products, opinions or positions presented or advertised in sites that have an option of referral, as stated, including the information, content views or positions that are presented or published there, is done under the sole discretion of the user, and sole responsibility.

H. Assign rights and/or debts

The site operator may assign and/or endorse the rights or obligations under his sole discretion, including the sale of the site, collection of funds that are construed the return paid to the site and/or owner for the sale of subscriptions and/or the provision of information through the sale of advertising space on the site and/or any other profitable sum the site and its’ owner are due.

I. Accessibility and problems with Internet

Each user on the site, whether a service require or a business owner hereby declares that it is known that the Internet is exposed to various functional problems, which are dependent on the operation of the site or by its’ operator, which may result in failure to find access and/or the information therein.

It is possible, that the information in the site, will suffer from time to time of errors resulting from being on the Internet.

The site operators pledge to try and fix as quickly as possible any failure repairable.

In any event and in any future situation, technical problems will not be used as claim for suit between users of the site and the site operator.

J. Changes in use regulations

The site operator reserves the right to change, from time to time and as is necessary the provisions of these use regulations to his sole discretion and without the need to deliver a message in advance and these conditions are valid form the moment they are published on the site.

K. JURISDICTION

Any legal claim and/or dispute, which stems from these regulations and/or use of the site, it is made clear that Haifa District courts have exclusive jurisdiction. Also, on the site, the site terms of use and regulations the laws of the State of Israel only will apply.
